RMG & RTG Cranes are container handling equipment being widely used in container terminals, yards, depots and railway yards. RMG & RTG cranes play a very important role in operation and directly affect the performance and productivity of container terminals, yards.

PF Technology’s AI RMG/RTG Crane Container Recognition System, using video AI analysis and recognition algorithm, combined with PLC data received from the equipment during the lifting process, automatically recognize the container number, ISO Code, lifting status, tractor number and other information; the system then performs data exchange  with the terminal operation system(TOS) and other management system platforms as needed. It is also a critical component for the remote controlled cranes.

By using the system, the performance  and data accuracy of the yard tally personnel as well as the crane operators can be improved significantly; hence the performance and productivity of yard operation can both be improved.
