AI container number recognition system is composed of container body trigger monitoring equipment, container number image capturing equipment, and container number image recognition equipment. After the system receives the trigger signal of the container body, the video is collected by the container number camera, and the background recognition is intelligently analyzed by AI, to identify the container number, container type and the maximum allowed weight of the container.

The system can reliably and efficiently identify the container number of GB/T 1836-1997 standard, and can handle different printing methods of container number, including (but not limited to) one row, two rows, three rows, four rows, one column & two columns, etc.;

It can handle a variety of 20-foot containers, 40-foot containers, standard containers, refrigerated containers, ultra-high containers, ultra-long containers, flat racks, tank containers, etc.

Using High-definition cameras  to capture video streams, and AI to analysis six obtained  photos with container numbers; using on-site lighting  automatic synchronous light filling.

The container number automatic identification system can  identify the number of containers loaded on a tractor chassis, identify the container numbers respectively and distinguish the front and rear containers on the chassis. (can indicate and mark for  tractors carrying double containers)

The system is designed to withstand adverse weather circumstances such as rain, snow, foggy, cold, freezing, and high winds,  and the results will not be affected.
